Bio: Konstantina spent eight years as a wholesale buyer at the Rentis central market before co-founding FreshMarket in 2018. She is at the warehouse by 04:30 most weekdays, calling growers and walking the laiki. Mitilini-born, lemon-tree obsessed.

Antonis Lefkaditis — Co-founder & Head of Operations
Bio: Antonis built logistics platforms in Berlin for five years before coming home to Athens. He runs the slot-management system, the cold-chain sensors and the courier app. He claims the warehouse Wi-Fi router is named after his grandmother.

Manolis Kourtidis — Buyer (Sea & Butcher)
Bio: Manolis was a third-generation fishmonger at the Salamina pier before joining FreshMarket in 2021. He chooses every fish that ships and runs the in-house butcher counter. He cuts a whole lamb in under twelve minutes; he's been timed.

Aspasia Linardatou — Head of Customer Care
Bio: Aspasia runs the team that handles every chat, call and complaint. Before FreshMarket she managed front-of-house at a Kifisia restaurant for nine years. She is the reason the response time on chat is under three minutes during weekday mornings.

Petros Skondras — Master Baker
Bio: Petros bakes the FreshMarket sourdough, country loaves and koulouri from a wood-fired oven in Tavros. He apprenticed at *Στάρι & Φωτιά* in Thessaloniki and joined FreshMarket in 2022. He still grinds his sourdough starter with a stone mill on Saturdays.

Foteini Anagnostou — Head of Sustainability
Bio: Foteini is the sustainability and packaging lead. She is the reason FreshMarket switched from cardboard to returnable HDPE crates in 2023, cutting cardboard waste by 76% within twelve months. She has a master's in food systems from Wageningen.
